ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for day to day supervision, preparation and service of all bakery and pastry items, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times to the standards required by the hotel. To ensure that strict hygiene controls are kept in all Kitchen areas when under your supervision. To deputise and ensure the smooth running of the food operation, including the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen.
