Job summary

Corinthia London is seeking a dedicated Waiter to join Kerridge's, its first London restaurant by Tom Kerridge and the Hand & Flowers team. You will work closely with the front of house, kitchen and bar to uphold the highest service standards in a luxury 5-star environment.

The role focuses on table preparation, food running, clearing and ensuring stocked, organized service areas while providing attentive, polished guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as waiter or in a customer service role in fine dining or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and taking orders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Detail-oriented with proactive guest service.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Waiter at Kerridge's plays a key supporting role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Working closely with the front of house team, kitchen, and bar, the Waiter is responsible for maintaining high service standards through table preparation, food running, clearing, polishing, and ensuring service areas are clean, organised, and fully stocked.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality who is looking to develop their skills within a luxury restaurant environment.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role, preferably within a fine dining or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including the ability to take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
