Job summary

Fuller’s King’s Arms—an stylish pub, restaurant and hotel—is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, with a focus on fresh, seasonal dishes and team leadership.

You will bring creativity, ensure high food safety standards, and take pride in every service, supported by induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• A hygieine qualification is essential.
• Excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of the kitchen as deputy to the Head Chef when they are away.
• Prepare fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• Bring new ideas and create fresh dishes as a creative Sous Chef.
• Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
• Take pride in every successful service.
