Job summary

Fuller’s in the New Forest region is seeking a Sous Chef to deputise for the Head Chef, taking full control of the kitchen when they’re away and delivering dishes made from seasonal, local ingredients.

You’ll work in a supportive team across our pubs and hotels, enjoy a 25% discount on food and drink, access My Fuller’s benefits, healthcare support after a year, and flexible pay options with Wagestream.
