Job summary

Pesto Dicconson Arms is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train a great team and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You’ll work with a branded menu, manage orders, prep and stock, ensuring high standards and teamwork.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef atPesto Dicconson Arms, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
