Tudor Rose, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who leads a kitchen section and steps in for the Head Chef as needed. You will train your team, order food, manage stock and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring guests enjoy premium meals with consistent quality.

As a Sous Chef atthe Tudor Rose, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
