Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen when they are away. You will craft dishes from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and bring creative ideas to the menu while driving the team to deliver high-quality services.

You will uphold rigorous hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring every service reflects Fuller’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction across our pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Deputy to Head Chef, take full control of kitchen when absent.
• Ability to prepare fresh food using seasonal, local ingredients.
• Creative ability to bring new ideas and dishes to the menu.
