Job summary

Café Rouge is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will hands-on create a wide range of dishes from starters to desserts and contribute to delivering quality service at pace. You’ll help keep guests and staff safe, stay organized, and support junior kitchen staff with line cooking and food prep.

As a team player, you will thrive under pressure and uphold high standards while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment in a busy restaurant setting.
