Job summary

Café Rouge in Warminster is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will be hands-on creating a wide range of dishes from starters to desserts and deliver quality service at pace. A true team player who keeps guests and colleagues safe, you will stay organised under pressure and guide junior kitchen staff in line cooking, food prep, and plating.

This role offers daily prep and menu support. Contribute to daily specials, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure consistent quality across

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to hygiene and food safety.
• Willingness to train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.
