HR-CL Limited in Stratford Upon Avon is seeking a capable Sous Chef for a popular fresh food pub with a warm reputation. Live In option allows you to take a private self-contained flat with kitchen and bathroom; accommodation is £600 per month if needed.

You will support the Head Chef, helping to craft seasonal specials based on local produce, with a strong emphasis on quality and consistency. The role offers a stable full-time placement, around 45 hours per week, plus generous tips.

Qualifications

• Strong CDP or Sous Chef ready to step up with a great team.
• Experience in fresh food pub environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and help develop menu specials based on local produce.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency and cleanliness in the kitchen.

A fantastic Sous Chef job in Stratford Upon Avon (with Live In available if required), is available for a popular fresh food pub which has an excellent reputation.

Deep in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, this is an outstanding 17th century inn, complete with exposed beams, flagstone floors, oak furniture, open fireplaces…and a warm welcome. You will have the opportunity to make your mark on the menu supporting the Head Chef, with specials changing multiple times per week based on the best local produce available.

Live In Sous Chef job in Stratford Upon Avon, Highlights:

• Hourly rate up to £17 per hour based on experience.
• Full time permanent position, around 45 hours per week.
• Excellent tips on top of salary - usually anywhere between £2-£6 per hour extra.
