Job summary

HR-CL Ltd is recruiting for a back-of-house chef position at an outstanding 17th century inn in Warwickshire. You will support the Head Chef, helping shape the menu with local produce and seasonal specials.

The role is full-time with around 45 hours per week and an hourly rate up to £17, based on experience. Excellent tips on top of salary (£2–£6 per hour) are typically earned in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a strong CDP ready to step up, or a Sous Chef looking for a venue with a great team and great reputation.
• Fresh food, high-quality pub experience is also essential.
• Full time permanent position, around 45 hours per week. Hourly rate up to £17 per hour based on experience.

Deep in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, this is an outstanding 17th century inn, complete with exposed beams, flagstone floors, oak furniture, open fireplaces…and a warm welcome. You will have the opportunity to make your mark on the menu supporting the Head Chef, with specials changing multiple times per week based on the best local produce available.
