Job summary

Carluccio’s in Reading is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef, delivering authentic Italian dishes and maintaining high culinary standards.

You’ll mentor junior chefs, manage food preparation, cost control, and safety, while contributing to a supportive, flexible work environment and the BRG family of brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or senior chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine and ingredients.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities
