Carluccio's in Manchester Piccadilly is seeking a Sous Chef to join our authentic Italian kitchen. You’ll be the right hand to the Head Chef, helping to design menus, supervise preparation, and maintain exceptional quality across dishes.

You will mentor junior chefs, oversee food cost and inventory, and contribute creative ideas to menu development while upholding BRG’s standards for guest experiences.
