Job summary

Carluccio's Southampton is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen and take ownership of a dedicated section, delivering dishes to our high standards.

You'll lead by example, mentor junior chefs, contribute to menu development and collaborate with the team to maintain quality, efficiency and safety across service. This is a leadership role designed for a chef ready to grow within BRG’s Italian dining concept.
