Job summary

Carluccio’s in Reading is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead a busy kitchen in delivering authentic Italian dishes.

You’ll supervise junior chefs, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and help control food costs and workflow.
