Job summary

Carluccio's in Reading is seeking a Sous Chef to help lead our Italian kitchen, ensuring dishes are executed to our high standards and our service runs smoothly.

You'll work closely with the Head Chef, mentor junior chefs, oversee prep, presentation, and kitchen operations, and contribute to menu development with fresh ideas.
