Carluccio’s in Manchester is hiring a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead junior chefs, and ensure superb Italian dishes reach guests. You will help design menus, manage kitchen operations, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior sous chef.
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to manage inventory and costs.
