Job summary

Carluccio's Colchester is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, craft authentic Italian dishes, and help run a busy, high‑quality kitchen with consistency.

You will mentor junior chefs, manage food preparation and costs, and contribute to menu development while upholding strict safety standards. The role offers a 9-5 schedule at £16+ per hour with service charge, plus staff discounts and progression opportunities across BRG brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in high‑volume kitchen environments preferred.

• Strong focus on food safety, quality control and presentation.

Responsibilities
