Job summary

Café Rouge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen. You will organize and coordinate service across sections while ensuring dishes meet our established specifications.

You will lead by example, supporting junior team members and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. We offer valuable perks including staff discounts, free meals on shift, and the ability to access earned wages before payday.

• Knife skills demonstrated at a high level.
