Job summary

Café Rouge in Bedford is seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensure exceptional dish quality and maintain brand standards. You will drive guest experience, manage a culinary team, and uphold strict cleanliness throughout all kitchen processes.

You will foster a positive, high-performance environment while delivering on profitability and cost control, ensuring every plate reflects the Café Rouge standard.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with the management team to achieve brand and restaurant goals.
• Drive guest experience by ensuring each dish is prepared to high standards.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in the kitchen.

Responsibilities
