Job summary

Trades Workforce Solutions is partnering with a prestigious London hotel to recruit a talented Sous Chef. You will support the leadership team across multiple kitchen operations in a fast-paced luxury environment, from fine dining to high-volume hotel service.

The role offers £44,700 per year plus circa £10,000 service charge, with ongoing training, meals on duty, and opportunities to develop under an award-winning brigade.

Qualifications

• Sous Chef with experience in a quality hotel environment.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to train, mentor and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior kitchen team in the day-to-day running of multiple kitchen operations.
• Lead and inspire during service, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
• Assist with training, mentoring and developing junior members of the brigade.
• Help to manage stock, ordering and kitchen organisation efficiently.
• Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen presentation are maintained.
