Job summary

The Godolphin in Marazion is seeking a versatile Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will support the Head Chef, help lead the kitchen team, and ensure every dish meets our exacting specifications.

You will use our menu writing processes to adapt our offering to guest needs while maintaining quality and efficiency. We offer staff discounts, training and progression opportunities, flexible working, and an Equal Opportunities employer policy.

Job description

Are you aversatileSous Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourced produce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
