St Austell Brewery is looking for an ambitious Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You’ll work alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to create quality dishes that delight our guests.

You’ll help ensure every dish meets our specifications, maintain cleanliness and safety, and enjoy benefits like live-in accommodation and generous staff discounts. Training and progression opportunities are also offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious chef with drive to join a kitchen team.

Responsabilités

• Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure procedures are followed and dishes meet specifications.
• Cook with locally sourced produce to provide quality meals for guests.
