Job summary

Toby Carvery Stafferton Lodge is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, train staff and maintain high standards across our branded menu. You will step in for the Head Chef when needed and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include staff training, food ordering, stock management and maintaining rigorous health and safety practices. The role offers development opportunities and team incentives within the Mitchells & Butlers group.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team and drive performance.
• Commitment to food safety and high standards of hygiene.
• Ability to train and develop staff, manage menus and stock.
