Toby Carvery - Carlisle is seeking a Sous Chef who is passionate about great food and leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will run a section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and a positive guest impression.

• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef at Toby Carvery - Carlisle , you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
