Job summary

Toby Carvery Waterside is looking for a part-time Sous Chef who is passionate about serving great food and training great people. You will run a section and lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring smooth operation and high standards.

You will oversee food ordering, preparation, stock control and ensure compliance with branded menu standards. Join a supportive team with opportunities for progression and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering consistent food quality.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety standards.
• Ability to train and develop junior Chefs and kitchen staff.
