Job summary

Toby Carvery - Stafferton Lodge in Maidenhead is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training teams. You’ll run a section, lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and help deliver consistent quality across all dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering quality dishes.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to perform to standard.
• Good knowledge of health and hygiene regulations in a kitchen.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
