Job summary

Toby Carvery Carlisle is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section and drive great guest experiences. You will mentor the team, step in for the Head Chef when needed, and manage day-to-day kitchen operations with pride.

Responsibilities include training staff, ordering, stock control, and ensuring food prepared from a branded menu meets hygiene standards. This full-time permanent role offers a 33% discount across brands and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• You’ll run a section and lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
