An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy Restaurant, The Waterway, in the heart of Maida Vale. Become an integral part of our kitchen team.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Passionate about food with an eye for presentation and style.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Ability to work well under pressure and be a team player.
4. Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant, with good knowledge of modern British/Italian cuisine. Experience as a pizza chef is an advantage.
5. Familiarity with Health & Safety and Food Safety practices (training provided).
