We are currently seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. Your role will be to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and team. We value positive energy and diversity, fostering a community where careers are prioritized.

As a Sous Chef, your main duties will include:

  • Taking overall ownership of mise-en-place and service preparation for your section/department. Leading by example by training and enforcing quality standards.
  • Ensuring your team prepares and cooks food to the correct standards, reviewing guest feedback regularly.
  • Taking ownership of the kitchen in the absence of senior management.
  • Being fully conversant with the company's values, competencies, and behaviors, and role modeling them.
  • Ensuring your team is fully trained and completing all necessary documentation.

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
