Position: Senior Sous Chef / Development Chef – Chinese Cuisine

Location: Hayes

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

This is a Senior Development Chef position, specialised in Chinese Cuisine, where you will create & present recipes/menus for businesses who's customers are expecting Michelin-star level dishes.

Requirements:

•Experience within fine dining, ideally at a Michelin-star level
•Exceptional creativity and a passion for culinary innovation.
•Strong presentation skills with an eye for detail.
•You don't need to have previous development experience, but should be more than capable of coming up with new recipes
•Suitable for someone wanting to step up or already at this level
•Must be able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese to an advanced, fluent or native level
