Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for the Brassmills, joining Vintage Inns. You will run a section, train staff, and lead the team in the Head Chef's absence. The role focuses on great food, team development, and guest satisfaction.

You will support food ordering, stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards while upholding the branded menu.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and guiding a team.
• Ability to train and inspire team members to deliver quality dishes.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support the Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and manage Chefs and kitchen staff.
• Oversee compliance with health and hygiene standards.
