Mitchells & Butlers’ Premium Country Pubs group is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for Queen & Castle. You’ll run a section, train your team, and ensure great food and warm hospitality on every shift.

Be a brand ambassador, cook to spec, and support stock control while helping your kitchen team grow in leadership. We offer flexible shifts, generous staff discounts, progression opportunities, and access to Wagestream for earned pay when needed.
