Job summary

Nightingale at Vintage Inns is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen and inspire the team to deliver great food with pride. You’ll manage a section, support the Head Chef in ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.

You’ll train and develop your team, aim to smash targets, and help guests enjoy a memorable dining experience within a supportive, brand-driven environment. No CV required; a quick mobile-friendly application.
