Job summary

Nightingale at Vintage Inns is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef who is passionate about serving great food and training great people. You’ll run a kitchen section and lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring the team works together as one.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a kitchen section and manage a team in the Head Chef's absence (as described).
• Experience in food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Familiar with branded menu operations and hygiene regulations.
