Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for the Nightingale within the Vintage Inns collection. You will lead a kitchen section, train staff and step up in the Head Chef's absence to ensure the team delivers high‑quality dishes with a warm guest experience.

You’ll work in a pub setting, thrive on teamwork, and drive campaigns across multiple brands with competitive pay and full-time hours.
