Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Stretton Fox in the Vintage Inns collection is seeking a Sous Chef who loves great food and leading a team. You’ll run a section, support the Head Chef, and help deliver meals that make guests smile.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to train and lead a kitchen team.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef with ordering and prep.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
