Job summary

Crown is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef for its Vintage Inns outlet. You will lead a section, coach your team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed, driving consistent, high-quality service in a warm, pub-style kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section.
• Ability to train and inspire staff.
• Experience with branded menus and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that the team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
