Job summary

The Dukes Head Billericay is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who loves good food and training great people. You will run a section and lead the team in the Head Chef's absence, driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably as a Sous Chef.
• Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff and manage a section.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
