The Dukes Head Billericay, part of Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, is looking for a Junior Sous Chef who loves great food, trains people, and leaves guests with a smile. You’ll run a section and ensure your kitchen team work together as one, delivering top quality standards on every shift.
