Job summary

Commodore Kitchens in Vintage Inns pubs is seeking a Sous Chef who loves delivering great food, training people and making guests smile. You’ll run a section and lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring smooth service and high standards.

Based within Mitchells & Butlers venues, this role offers progression opportunities, a supportive team, and a pension alongside 28 days' holiday. Join us to build a proud, guest-focused kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or strong junior chef with leadership experience.
• Ability to manage stock, food ordering and cost control.
• Proven track record in maintaining health and hygiene standards.

As a Sous Chef at the Commodore, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
