Job summary

Brindisa Tapas in London is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef with at least two years' experience in high-end casual or fine dining to lead kitchen operations and deliver tapas crafted from Spanish produce.

You will join a tight-knit team, oversee line cooks, and help maintain Brindisa's reputation for authentic, shareable dishes and exceptional service in a vibrant, culture-rich setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef in high-end casual or fine dining.
• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering tapas-style menus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the kitchen team and managing line cooks.
• Contribute to the preparation of tapas from high-quality Spanish produce.
• Support head chef in menu execution and kitchen oversight.
