Brindisa Tapas is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a high-end casual dining setting, crafting classic and elegant tapas with the best Spanish ingredients under the guidance of our Group Head Chef.

You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, develop the team, and elevate our dining experience, maintaining Brindisa’s homely, authentic philosophy and a strong supplier relationships ethos.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience as Senior Sous or Head Chef in a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant.

Responsabilités

We have a great opportunity for a Head Chef to join ourteam. To be considered for the role, you’ll have a few years of experience,working as a Senior Sous or Head Chef in a high-end casual or fine diningrestaurant. You will manage all kitchen operations, whilst leading anddeveloping your team. You’ll take part in the creation of accomplished classic andelegant tapas dishes made from the best Spanish ingredients led by our Group HeadChef.
