Brindisa Tapas in London is seeking a Chef de Partie with a few years of experience in high-end casual or fine dining. You will work alongside a talented team, creating tapas from premium Spanish produce and ensuring exceptional quality and consistency at every service.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience as Chef de Partie in high-end casual or fine dining environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard as part of a team.
• Assist in kitchen prep and station setup for service.
• Work with tapas-focused menus and maintain kitchen hygiene.
