Job summary

Los Gatos Restaurant in Swindon is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our vibrant Spanish tapas kitchen, bringing fresh ingredients and creative dishes to our guests.

You will support the Head Chef, lead a fast-paced team during service, and help develop seasonal specials while upholding top quality and rigorous food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or ready to step up to a Junior Sous Chef
• Genuine passion for Spanish tapas and cuisine

• Team player who leads by example
