Job summary

Brindisa Tapas in London is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. You’ll have two years of experience working as Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant, and you’ll help prepare tapas created from the best Spanish produce.

At Brindisa our food is homely and authentic, with sharing at the heart of every dish. You’ll work alongside a great team, and have opportunities to join trips to Spain to meet our producers.

Qualifications

• Two years experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-end casual or fine dining setting.
• Experience with tapas and Spanish produce preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist head chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare tapas dishes using Spanish produce to high standards.
• Ensure consistency in quality and presentation across menus.
