Job summary

Tapas Brindisa in London is seeking a Head Chef with several years of experience, previously as Senior Sous or Head Chef in a high-end casual or fine dining setting. You will manage all kitchen operations and lead and develop your team while helping create accomplished classic tapas using the finest Spanish ingredients under our Group Head Chef.

Head Chef

We have a great opportunity for a Head Chef to join our team. To be considered for the role, you’ll have a few years of experience, working as a Senior Sous or Head Chef in a high‑end casual or fine dining restaurant. You will manage all kitchen operations, whilst leading and developing your team. You’ll take part in the creation of accomplished classic and elegant tapas dishes made from the best Spanish ingredients led by our Group Head Chef.
