Job summary

Brindisa Tapas is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team in London. You’ll bring a few years of experience working as Chef de Partie in high-end casual or fine dining, and help craft tapas from Spanish produce.

You will work with a great team and enjoy 28 days holiday, paid overtime, staff discounts, cycle to work, refer a friend rewards, growth opportunities and trips to Spain to meet producers.

Qualifications

• Few years of experience as Chef de Partie in a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Experience in preparing tapas or Spanish produce is a plus.
