Job summary

Horseshoes, part of Mitchells & Butler's Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a motivated Sous Chef. You will lead a kitchen section, train your team, and step in during the Head Chef's absence to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and managing a team.
• Ability to train and develop junior chefs and staff.
• Strong involvement in maintaining brand standards and menus.

Responsibilities

• Smash targets with your team and drive performance.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master working with a branded menu.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team with confidence.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
