Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, for the Inn on the Lake in Godalming, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a section and train a cohesive kitchen team. You will step in for the Head Chef when needed and ensure high standards of food and service while working within Premium Country Pubs’ brand.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
